CANCELLATION POLICY

Following a series of cancellations it is with regret that RED have had to introduce a CANCELLATION POLICY.

If you are planning on hiring the band, please bear in mind the following:

If you cancel the booking with three to seven days' notice you will be liable to pay 50% of the booking fee. If you cancel within 48 hours of the performance going ahead you will be liable to pay 100% of the agreed fee.

THIS IS LEGALLY ENFORCEABLE AND THE BAND WILL NOT HESITATE TO USE THE SMALL CLAIMS COURT TO RECOVER ANY OUTSTANDING FEES IF NECESSARY
